The Future Indefinite Tense, also known as the Simple Future Tense, is used to express actions that have not yet occurred but will occur at some point in the future. This tense is commonly formed using the auxiliary verbs ‘will’ or ‘shall’ followed by the base form of the main verb.
Structural Formula:
Subject + will/shall + base form of the verb + object.
- Affirmative: Sub. + will/shall + V1+ Ob.
- Negative: Sub. + (will/shall) not + V1 + Ob
- Interrogative: will/shall + Sub. + V1 + Ob. + ?

- She will visit the museum tomorrow.
- I will cook dinner tonight.
- They will start the project next week.
- He will write an email to his colleague.
- We will go to the beach this weekend.
